Seeing the Work and Complexity of Motherhood

Across ten episodes, Hongzhou reads ten books through psychological, social, cultural, and medical perspectives. The series considers the changes motherhood brings to women's bodies and minds, as well as the complaints, needs, and lives that too often remain unseen.

Beyond inherited assumptions about childbirth, work, and family, it argues that motherhood should never obstruct a woman's self-realization and that every person's right to choose deserves respect. Audio is in Chinese.
