Hsieh Chung-tao

Born and raised in Taiwan, Hsieh Chung-tao studied modern French literature and film in France. After nearly three decades immersed in French food and the art of living, he writes on travel, cuisine, and wine for publications across the Chinese-speaking world and has published more than ten books.
